The term “marketing”

adma­go GmbH sees mar­ket­ing as offer­ing com­pa­nies, projects or prod­ucts for sale in such a way that poten­tial buy­ers con­sid­er this offer necessary/desirable and all those involved in the mar­ket­ing process can acquire ben­e­fits or added val­ue.

The marketing process

The mar­ket­ing process can take place as fol­lows:

  1. Per­son­al, finan­cial and strate­gic sales and pur­chas­ing motives are dis­cussed.
  2. Sales objects (asset deal and share deal) and sell­ing meth­ods (man­age­ment buy-out, man­age­ment buy-in, employ­ee buy-out and own­er buy-out) are dis­cussed and estab­lished.
  3. If nec­es­sary, a busi­ness con­cept with up to 80% sub­sidi­a­bil­i­ty and vari­a­tions for use and mon­eti­sa­tion is devel­oped by adma­go.
  4. If nec­es­sary, adma­go GmbH can devel­op project ideas or pro­to­types togeth­er with the sell­ers and steer them to mar­ket readi­ness.
  5. Where appro­pri­ate, an inde­pen­dent, expert and prop­er analy­sis takes place (due diligence/purchase price deter­mi­na­tion).
  6. If nec­es­sary, pur­chas­ing and financ­ing nego­ti­a­tions are car­ried out.
  7. adma­go GmbH can also pro­vide finan­cial assis­tance in the form of cred­it, guar­an­tees and sub­si­dies for the pur­chase price deter­mi­na­tion, if request­ed by the client.
