The marketing process can take place as follows:
- Personal, financial and strategic sales and purchasing motives are discussed.
- Sales objects (asset deal and share deal) and selling methods (management buy-out, management buy-in, employee buy-out and owner buy-out) are discussed and established.
- If necessary, a business concept with up to 80% subsidiability and variations for use and monetisation is developed by admago.
- If necessary, admago GmbH can develop project ideas or prototypes together with the sellers and steer them to market readiness.
- Where appropriate, an independent, expert and proper analysis takes place (due diligence/purchase price determination).
- If necessary, purchasing and financing negotiations are carried out.
- admago GmbH can also provide financial assistance in the form of credit, guarantees and subsidies for the purchase price determination, if requested by the client.
