adma­go par­tic­i­pates in the prof­its of the com­pa­ny and has more — depend­ing on the cor­po­rate struc­ture — dif­fer­ent rights, eg the right to vote. The duties of each play­er includes above all the duty of loyalty.

Par­tic­i­pa­tion in any part­ner­ship or corporation

If the asso­ci­a­tion with a per­son or the par­tic­i­pa­tion in a lim­it­ed part­ner­ship, is adma­go fel­low entrepreneurs.

Joint ven­tur­er means adma­go brings per­son­al­ly or by par­tic­i­pat­ing in the activ­i­ties and is involved in the assets, prof­it and loss. In part­ner­ship all fel­low entre­pre­neurs bear the risk or stick with their assets.

The focus is on achiev­ing a par­tic­u­lar purpose.

If the equi­ty inter­est in a lim­it­ed lia­bil­i­ty com­pa­ny (GmbH), adma­go is referred to as a shareholder.

The invest­ment is pub­licly vis­i­ble when a trade is oper­at­ed or when the oper­a­tion type and scope requires a com­mer­cial­ly orga­nized busi­ness oper­a­tion. Since the GmbH (law form) car­ries on a trade, the lim­it­ed lia­bil­i­ty com­pa­ny inter­est is always pub­licly visible.
